Quality Management System Course 2021

The online version of the quality management course for 2021 was still active. Online is currently the best option because Covid 19 has some limitations that prevent us from having gatherings or requiring social distance when gathering is necessary.

In the year 2021, ICM organised 9 sessions and Hasara Solutions organised 2 of them. 67 people participated in total. This is the first year I've used the Jotform platform to start feedback form at the end of the session.

On the Quality Management System course, I received some feedback, some of which are helpful and some of which require improvement and upgrading. Some of the comments include:

On the same day, on September 29, I was invited by IEM's Project Management Technical Division to give a two-hour webinar talk about Quality Management Systems in Construction. This was a webinar for IEM Members only, and it was all about the same subject.
