QMS for Construction Personnel

The Construction Inspector-of-Work Association Malaysia (COWAM) organised a Quality Management System (QMS) for Construction Personnel webinar on July 15, 2023. This webinar was held as part of COWAM's annual training and event programme for its members. The webinar aimed to provide construction personnel with insights into implementing effective quality management systems in their projects. It covered topics such as quality control processes, documentation requirements, and best practices for ensuring project success in quality management.

This webinar primarily focuses on the concept of 'Quality Management Systems (QMS) for Construction Personnel', with a specific emphasis on the role of the Inspector-of-Work (IOW). The material for the webinar has been meticulously developed and altered based on this to suit these focus group of audience members.

The webinar was held between the hours of 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM on the designated day. A cohort of 100 participants from various states across the nation attended the webinar.
