BEM Convention 2023

BEM called me sometime in July 2023 and said they wanted me to give a talk in their annual program, BEM Convention 2023. They call me to fill one of their slots since they are aware that I am a fairly active quality practitioner in the construction industry through the Construction Inspector-of-Work Association Malaysia (COWAM).
The event, which took place from August 22nd to August 24th, 2023, was officiated by YB Dato Sri Alaxender Nanta Linggi, Minister of Works. The link to the website is here (if it is still there, hopefully)
The title given to me was Quality Management System for Construction Site Personnel, and the sole purpose was to make participants aware of the opportunities for quality personnel and the fundamental concepts of quality management systems in construction.
Even though quality in construction is a matter of the engineering fraternity, it was enlightening for me to participate in this event, as it will elevate my experience and reputation as a quality management system practitioner in the Malaysian construction industry.
P/S The video was a little bit shaky due to my friend post it to me, it was actually on empty hall and there was only me, BEM secretariat and video man. My friend give me the video from his office where he attended this course online.
